Description

  • Manage clients across the full lifecycle from contract signing through rollout and offboarding.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships based on each client’s contract obligations and needs.
  • Track product usage and conduct proactive outreach to help clients maximize the value of their tools.
  • Resolve incoming support tickets from candidates, voters, clients, and other stakeholders in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Lead multi-department initiatives with strong prioritization and delegation to deliver high-quality service.
  • Maintain accurate data in internal systems such as HubSpot, Asana, and HelpScout.
  • Create and update user-facing support materials, including video content and help articles.
  • Modify and troubleshoot team-built websites using basic programming and proprietary software.
  • Partner with Client Success, Marketing, Sales, Data, and Product teams to support client needs.
  • Serve as an internal advocate for customers and end users.

Requirements

  • Customer service experience with a commitment to supporting and advocating for clients and end users.
  • Comfort working in a collaborative environment that emphasizes proactive problem-solving and creative thinking.
  • Familiarity with political organizations, such as campaigns, advocacy organizations, unions, and election cycles.
  • Commitment to using technology and data products to support Democratic candidates, progressive causes, and civic participation.
  • Technical experience with spreadsheets such as Google Sheets or Excel and formulas is preferred.
  • Experience with SQL and database structures is preferred.
  • Experience with JSON and CSS is preferred.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Slack, and Asana is preferred.
  • Project management experience is preferred.
  • Must have independent U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship is available.
  • Must be able to work within Civitech’s remote hiring footprint of 27 states, with an office located in Austin, TX.
