Description

  • Build and productionize LLM-based applications, including RAG systems, document intelligence, and conversational AI.
  • Design and implement solutions using vector databases, indexes, embedding models, and multiple LLM families.
  • Develop AI applications with Python and frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel.
  • Integrate Azure AI services including Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, AI Foundry, Cosmos DB, and Blob Storage.
  • Implement CI/CD and MLOps workflows for AI solutions.
  • Collaborate in English with international stakeholders and delivery teams.
  • Apply document AI, OCR, computer vision, speech, fine-tuning, caching, and agentic AI patterns where applicable.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Machine Learning or AI engineering, including 2+ years working hands-on with LLMs and Generative AI.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering RAG or LLM-based applications beyond the proof-of-concept stage.
  • Strong Python skills and experience with LangChain or similar frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Azure AI Foundry/AI Studio, Cosmos DB, and Blob Storage.
  • Experience with vector databases or indexes such as Azure AI Search or FAISS and embedding models.
  • Experience with LLM families including OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, and open-source models such as Llama.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps and/or GitHub Actions and familiarity with MLflow.
  • Fluent English for daily communication with international stakeholders.
  • Experience with AWS ML services, document AI/OCR, computer vision, speech recognition, fine-tuning, Redis caching, Kubernetes, Kubeflow, classical ML, or agentic patterns is preferred.
