Description

  • Design, deliver, and continuously improve AI agents, including real-time voice agents and LLM-powered products.
  • Build and scale high-volume, high-throughput production backends and platforms for AI agents.
  • Integrate agents into software workflows and onboard new models with appropriate benchmarks and evaluations.
  • Own architecture and design decisions across the agent, voice, and platform systems.
  • Define AI engineering practices, improve code and technical reviews, and mentor colleagues.
  • Lead complex, ambiguous projects from ideation through production maintenance.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience building and operating production software.
  • Deep expertise in scalable, high-throughput software architecture and design, production AI agents, or real-time voice agents involving telephony, STT, TTS, and latency budgets.
  • Working knowledge of how LLMs are built and how they behave.
  • Strong experience with Python, SQL, and event-driven system design.
  • Experience with cloud platforms, ideally Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Experience providing technical oversight and mentoring engineers.
  • Fluent, confident communication in English.
  • Experience shipping LLM-powered features with observability and evaluations is preferred.
  • Healthcare or regulated-domain experience, experimentation skills, and multi-tenant software experience are preferred.
  • Demonstrated AI proficiency at least at Sword’s Explorer level, using AI daily to improve productivity.

Benefits

  • Total compensation range of €50,400–€79,200 EUR, including base, variable compensation, and estimated equity value where applicable.
  • Compensation may include bonuses, sales incentives, and private company stock options.
  • Additional benefits are offered beyond total compensation, with details varying by country.
