Description

  • Act as a technical reference for client teams on architecture, development, and SDLC evolution.
  • Implement and adapt Flow offerings to each project's technical context.
  • Identify opportunities to apply AI to improve software development productivity, quality, and efficiency.
  • Support adoption of AI Coding tools and AI-assisted development practices.
  • Develop and evolve software solutions in production environments.
  • Support technology modernization, architecture, and platform evolution initiatives.
  • Mentor developers and promote engineering best practices and effective AI usage.
  • Evaluate solution adoption results and help teams achieve greater autonomy.

Requirements

  • Solid experience developing software applications for production environments.
  • Strong knowledge of the full SDLC, including development, testing, deployment, operations, and maintenance.
  • Experience applying Generative AI and LLMs to software development.
  • Practical experience with AI Coding, AI-generated code, testing, documentation, or development automation.
  • Knowledge of prompt engineering and effective LLM interaction practices.
  • Familiarity with AI agents, RAG, and multiple LLM models and providers.
  • Experience with distributed application architecture and development.
  • Knowledge of Java, Node.js, Python, .NET, or another modern backend language.
  • Experience with APIs, integrations, and databases.
  • Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, plus DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing, and automation.
  • Strong communication, technical influence, and consultative skills.
  • Advanced written and spoken English.
  • Experience with Agentic SDLC, Spec-Driven Development, Contract-First development, AI-based legacy modernization, containers, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code, observability, security, performance, or consulting is preferred.
