Description

  • Extend and maintain existing code repositories using established patterns and conventions.
  • Follow Git best practices, including branching, commit hygiene, code reviews, and merge processes.
  • Build and maintain data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes integrating sources such as Google BigQuery and SAP.
  • Design database structures supporting operational and analytical workloads.
  • Develop front-end interfaces, backend features, and administrative functionality for internal SaaS applications.
  • Build and maintain scheduled jobs that automate application and data processes.
  • Support machine learning development for computer vision and forecasting use cases, including data and feature preparation.
  • Communicate progress, blockers, and technical decisions while collaborating with a distributed cross-functional team.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience contributing to and extending existing code repositories in a team environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of Git and collaborative version control practices.
  • Clear and consistent communication skills for working with distributed teams.
  • Depth in at least one area: database development and SQL, front-end/application development, ETL and data pipelines, or machine learning.
  • Working familiarity with related development areas and flexibility to support varied team-scoped tasks.
  • Experience with Google BigQuery, SAP, or similar enterprise data platforms is preferred.
  • Experience with SAP integrations is preferred.
  • Experience building or maintaining SaaS applications for forecasting, inventory management, or similar domains is preferred.
  • Experience with computer vision, time-series forecasting, cron jobs, or administrative tooling is preferred.
  • Experience in supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, or procurement is preferred.
