Description

  • Design, develop, modify, and test software applications and systems.
  • Build high-quality, well-tested code using modern frameworks and tools.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the product area, codebase, and underlying systems.
  • Analyze data and evaluate key factors to solve complex engineering problems.
  • Work independently to overcome obstacles and meet project deadlines.
  • Apply internal development standards to increasingly complex projects.
  • Mentor junior developers and support their technical growth.
  • Collaborate with product designers, product managers, and engineers to deliver user-facing products.
  • Ensure products meet customer needs through empathy and attention to detail.
  • Conduct design and code reviews.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of hands-on full-stack development experience.
  • 5+ years of experience with React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with event-driven architectures and platforms such as Kafka.
  • Experience working across internal and client-facing software systems.
  • Strong data analysis, programming, and software engineering abilities.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies.
  • Experience conducting design and code reviews.
  • Passion for engineering work focused on measurable impact.
  • Willingness to travel 15–20%.
