Description

  • Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to leaders and team members.
  • Lead or independently execute software projects and initiatives.
  • Develop applications using .NET, C#, Redis, OpenSearch, AWS, and other cloud-native technologies.
  • Perform routine application maintenance and support.
  • Ensure software quality, performance, and reliability.
  • Lead software and process improvement initiatives.
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve software issues.
  • Conduct detailed, constructive code reviews.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of software engineering experience.
  • Proficiency in C#, .NET, or other modern programming languages.
  • Experience with NoSQL data stores such as Redis and Elasticsearch/OpenSearch.
  • Experience with cloud services and source control systems such as GitHub.
  • In-depth knowledge of the software development life cycle.
  • Experience with OIDC and OAuth preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
