Description

  • Gather, analyze, and document source-to-target data mapping requirements.
  • Act as the main bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams.
  • Collaborate with developers during development, unit testing, and functional testing.
  • Validate migrated data, investigate inconsistencies, and support data quality and cleanup activities.
  • Facilitate discussions on data structures, migration scope, business rules, and edge cases.
  • Create and analyze reports and dashboards to support migration tracking and business visibility.
  • Contribute to governance and quality assurance activities throughout the migration process.

Requirements

  • Advanced/fluent English C1 or higher (oral, written, and listening).
  • CV must be submitted in English.
  • Location must be Brazil or Colombia.
  • Experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst in large-scale data migration projects.
  • Strong experience with data mapping, data transformations, and data lineage concepts.
  • Ability to work effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Experience supporting testing, validation, and defect resolution activities.
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar BI tools.
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Knowledge of Manhattan WMS / Manhattan Active WM / SCALE or other supply chain and warehouse management platforms (preferred).
  • Knowledge of SQL for data analysis, profiling, and validation (preferred).
  • Experience with data governance and data quality initiatives (preferred).
  • Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or CSPO (preferred).
