Description

  • Lead competitive intelligence research on industry trends, emerging technologies, market dynamics, and competitor activity across VR, AR, wearables, and consumer technology.
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to produce actionable insights that inform long-term product strategy and executive decisions.
  • Compile, manage, and maintain benchmarking datasets using third-party data sources.
  • Develop data visualizations, charts, graphs, and executive presentations to communicate complex findings clearly.
  • Conduct structured research using internal and external sources, including AI tools and large language models (LLMs), to accelerate analysis.
  • Own end-to-end strategic projects from ambiguous business questions to decision-ready recommendations.
  • Present findings and strategic recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders and leadership.
  • Partner with product, strategy, and analytics teams on strategic initiatives.
  • Participate in internal practice community meetings and networking events.
  • Contribute thought leadership, case studies, and learning materials for the Digital Transformation practice.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, data analytics, data science, business operations, or program management.
  • 3+ years of experience leading data strategy, analytics, or data science projects in a consulting firm, corporate strategy team, investment bank, or similar environment.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and modeling.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and the ability to manipulate large datasets and write queries.
  • Experience with data visualization and executive-ready presentations using PowerPoint or Google Slides.
  • Experience conducting structured research and synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Fluency using AI tools, including large language models (LLMs), to accelerate research and analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to structure and solve complex analytical problems.
  • Proven ability to independently lead projects from ambiguity through delivery.
  • Experience presenting insights to senior leadership and influencing product or business decisions.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver strategic outcomes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent work experience required.
  • Master's degree or MBA preferred.
  • Experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, investment banking, or program management preferred.
  • Experience supporting consumer technology, VR, AR, gaming, wearables, consumer hardware, or consumer internet preferred.
  • Educational background from a leading undergraduate or graduate institution preferred.
  • Must be a direct W2 candidate; sponsorship is not available.
  • Remote within the United States, with Pacific Time preferred.
