Description

  • Drive digital and cultural transformation within the client’s technology organization.
  • Focus on the solution’s business impact and user experience.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design, develop, and implement efficient solutions.
  • Maintain and continuously improve existing systems.
  • Integrate systems with AWS cloud services.
  • Develop new features and enhance existing functionality for the financial platform.
  • Apply strong technical practices and contribute to continuous technical excellence.
  • Work with agile teams using Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
  • Support process and engineering practice improvements and mentor junior developers.

Requirements

  • Experience with Golang.
  • Strong object-oriented programming knowledge, including classes, objects, association, encapsulation, inheritance, and polymorphism.
  • Solid experience in Java development, including Spring and Hibernate.
  • Deep knowledge of microservices architecture, design patterns, Clean Architecture, and BFF architecture.
  • Knowledge and practical application of Feature Toggle in applications.
  • Strong software development practices with SOLID, KISS, YAGNI, DRY, and DDD.
  • Experience modeling REST APIs with Spring Boot and creating gateways using AWS API Gateway.
  • Knowledge of application security, including authentication and authorization for API consumption, OWASP, and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with unit and integration tests using JUnit 4+ and Mockito.
  • Experience with AWS services such as EC2, ECS, EKS, Fargate, S3, SQS, SNS, Lambda, API Gateway, and CloudWatch.
  • Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (preferred).
  • Experience with messaging services such as Amazon SQS or Kafka (preferred).
  • Experience with DevOps practices and automation tools such as Docker and/or Kubernetes (preferred).
  • Familiarity with version control tools such as Git and GitHub (preferred).
  • CI/CD knowledge with GitHub Actions or AWS CodePipeline (preferred).
  • Experience with Veracode (preferred).
  • Experience working with agile teams and Scrum/Kanban methodologies.
  • Strong critical thinking, continuous improvement mindset, and ability to guide junior developers.
  • Must reside in the Campinas metropolitan area if required by the company’s office attendance policy.
