Description

  • Act as the primary analytics partner to senior stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and Finance.
  • Translate ambiguous business questions into scoped requirements, success criteria, and analytical briefs before delivery begins.
  • Own end-to-end project management for analytics work, from requirements gathering through delivery, adoption, and iteration.
  • Surface insights, trends, risks, and opportunities that support leadership decision-making.
  • Support strategic initiatives such as CRM consolidation, demand intelligence optimization, territory changes, and forecasting improvements.
  • Design and deliver executive-level dashboards and self-service reporting, primarily in Power BI.
  • Write, optimize, and validate advanced SQL queries across Databricks and connected source systems.
  • Develop and maintain consistent KPI definitions, North Star metrics, and commercial performance indicators.
  • Partner with Data Analytics Engineers to define analytical data models and improve reporting across revenue, pipeline, and customer lifecycle use cases.
  • Design enablement programs that help managers and frontline teams understand and act on dashboards, KPIs, and AI-generated insights.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Analytics, or BI within a SaaS or technology-driven organization.
  • Experience supporting RevOps, Sales Operations, or Commercial Analytics teams.
  • Advanced SQL skills with experience writing complex queries and debugging data issues in a cloud data warehouse environment.
  • Databricks experience is strongly preferred, including SQL warehouses, notebooks, and the Lakehouse architecture.
  • Strong business analysis capability with proven ability to scope, structure, and document analytical requirements rigorously.
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and deadlines.
  • Exceptionally strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive presentation and team enablement.
  • Experience designing and delivering stakeholder enablement on data, dashboards, or analytics tooling.
  • Experience delivering executive-ready dashboards and self-service reporting; Power BI is preferred.
  • Strong commercial and revenue-focused business acumen.
  • Active and confident user of LLM tools such as Microsoft Copilot or Anthropic Claude in a professional analytical context.
  • Hands-on experience with Claude Code or similar AI coding assistants is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM and GTM analytics such as Salesforce, pipeline reporting, forecasting, MEDDPICC, and territory models is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with Clay is preferred.
  • Ideally experience with Python, such as connecting to APIs.
  • Exposure to building or scaling data literacy programs within a commercial organization is preferred.
