Description

  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and ad hoc analyses in Tableau and Snowflake to support business decisions.
  • Lead hypothesis testing, A/B testing, regression analysis, and forecasting to inform product and marketing strategy.
  • Develop SQL and Python automation, along with workflow tools such as Airflow and dbt, to monitor data quality and alert stakeholders in real time.
  • Drive insights related to customer acquisition, retention, and user experience within a subscription-based ecommerce model.
  • Partner with Engineering, Marketing, and Product teams to align business needs with data initiatives and execution.
  • Translate complex data into clear narratives and actionable recommendations for stakeholders at all levels.
  • Provide technical guidance to cross-functional teams as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
  • 4+ years of experience in data analytics or related fields.
  • 2+ years of experience providing technical guidance to teams.
  • Proven experience in an e-commerce environment, preferably with subscription-based models.
  • Expertise in advanced analytics and statistical methods.
  • Proficiency in Tableau, Snowflake, SQL, Python, or R.
  • Strong ability to communicate technical details and business strategy to mixed audiences.
  • Authorization to work in Mexico and current location in Mexico.
  • Nice to have: machine learning experience, including A/B testing and experimental design.
  • Nice to have: deep knowledge of e-commerce KPIs and personalization.
