Description

  • Lead the BI function and define how the team works, what it prioritises, and how it is perceived across the business.
  • Own revenue and ARR reporting, pipeline analytics, churn and retention analysis, and customer lifecycle intelligence.
  • Deliver executive reporting that is clear, confident, and backed by rigorous analysis.
  • Establish KPI governance across the GTM organisation, including definitions, consistency, and a single source of truth.
  • Drive the shift from ticket-driven reporting to agile, analytically led intelligence.
  • Shape and execute the AI and automation strategy for the BI function.
  • Lead and develop a team of Analysts and a Programme Manager.
  • Review analytical logic, challenge assumptions, and raise the quality of insights delivered to stakeholders.
  • Build trust with commercial leaders and position the BI team as a strategic partner rather than a report producer.

Requirements

  • Experience leading a BI function and transforming how a business uses data.
  • Proven track record of building or scaling a BI capability and raising standards.
  • Hands-on experience introducing AI-enabled workflows into a BI function at scale.
  • Experience with automation, insight generation, and self-service analytics.
  • Strong ability to define KPIs and establish governance across a complex, multi-market business.
  • Commercial understanding of Sales, Marketing, and RevOps environments.
  • Ability to review analytical logic and identify issues even when not writing SQL day to day.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in developing people into stronger business partners.
  • Ability to earn trust with executives and stakeholders who rely on data for decision-making.
  • Experience in a B2B SaaS, PE-backed, or M&A-driven environment is beneficial.
