Description

  • Analyze call recordings, CRM data, pipeline metrics, and win/loss trends to identify rep and sales-process performance gaps.
  • Design, launch, measure, and iterate AI-powered workflows such as call prompts, next-best-action nudges, follow-up automation, and coaching alerts.
  • Prioritize AI workflows versus traditional training based on expected productivity and revenue impact.
  • Lead enablement for product, pricing, positioning, and messaging launches, including talk tracks, demos, competitive materials, and certifications.
  • Design ongoing AE skills development and everboarding programs using frameworks such as MEDDPICC.
  • Create manager playbooks and coaching tools that improve call quality, qualification, and deal strategy.
  • Use AI tools to produce and maintain enablement content such as talk tracks, battlecards, and certifications.
  • Define initiative metrics, quantify productivity gains, and connect enablement programs to outcomes including win rate, ACV, pipeline conversion, and ramp time.
  • Advise Sales leadership, present insights to executives, and drive adoption of AI workflows across the Revenue organization.
  • Develop a 6–12 month enablement strategy and manage multiple concurrent initiatives without direct reports.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, or Sales Performance roles supporting AEs or AMs in SaaS or high-growth technology.
  • Proven experience leading enablement programs end to end.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS sales cycles, particularly SMB sales.
  • Demonstrated success turning performance gaps into AI-powered workflows that change rep behavior at scale.
  • Hands-on experience with Gong AI, generative AI platforms, workflow automation tools, or similar technologies.
  • Experience operationalizing sales frameworks such as BANT or MEDDPICC.
  • Strong data fluency and ability to measure impact through win rate, ACV, pipeline conversion, ramp time, and related metrics.
  • Experience partnering with Sales, Product Marketing, RevOps, and frontline managers.
  • Experience with Gong or other call-coaching platforms and manager coaching cadences.
  • Excellent executive communication, organization, stakeholder influence, and project-management skills.
  • Must be based in the United States; employment eligibility varies by state.
