Description

  • Proactively prospect and generate new business opportunities through outbound activity.
  • Conduct cold outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline by identifying and qualifying potential customers.
  • Maintain a high volume of daily outbound activity while staying positive and energetic.
  • Work closely with the wider sales team to achieve shared targets.
  • Contribute to new business development in a target-driven sales environment.

Requirements

  • Fluent German speaker with strong written and spoken communication skills.
  • Recent graduate or career changer interested in starting a sales career.
  • Passion for new business sales and prospecting.
  • Hard-working, resilient, motivated, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
  • Comfortable with cold outreach; training will be provided.
  • Competitive, driven, and a strong team player.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn CRM systems and sales engagement tools quickly.
  • Able to work under pressure, prioritise tasks, and stay organised.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
