Description

  • Manage a high volume of inbound leads while driving outbound reactivation and expansion to capture repeat and new business.
  • Own performance against conversion rates, revenue targets, outbound and inbound activity, repeat bookings, and account growth metrics.
  • Generate tailored and accurate trip quotes using CharterUP’s proprietary marketplace technology.
  • Execute disciplined call patterns and follow-up practices to maintain conversion velocity and consistency.
  • Build urgency, rapport, and trust in customer interactions and close bookings with confident, assumptive sales techniques.
  • Identify high-value accounts, expand relationships over time, and turn one-time bookings into repeat business.
  • Use call control, objection handling, active listening, and sound judgment to diagnose customer needs and drive efficient bookings.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, quote data, and call documentation across Salesforce, Outreach, G-Suite, Slack, and proprietary tools.
  • Escalate issues only when needed, solve problems directly, and remove roadblocks to deliver outcomes.
  • Collaborate with peers and leadership on post-mortems and performance reviews to improve tactics and execution.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or hybrid revenue roles, with a record of exceeding performance goals.
  • Experience managing and growing a book of business, including retention, spend expansion, and relationship development.
  • Proven ability to balance high-volume inbound response with targeted outbound prospecting and account development.
  • Ability to navigate multi-contact organizations and identify opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Strong communication skills with expertise in objection handling, urgency creation, and assumptive closing.
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales enablement tools including Salesforce, Outreach, G-Suite, and Slack.
  • Analytical, data-driven approach to using performance metrics and conversion insights to guide activity.
  • Comfort owning end-to-end client relationships from quote generation through post-trip follow-up and repeat engagement.
  • History of competitive achievement or performance-based success in athletics, startups, or other quota-driven environments.
  • Remote-first role; U.S.-based employees must reside in one of the approved states listed by CharterUP.

  • Salary range of $63,000 to $120,000 USD.
