Description

  • Own and grow a defined territory of named mid-market accounts.
  • Manage a quota-carrying sales book with responsibility for expansion revenue.
  • Expand existing customers through upsell, cross-sell, and multi-site deployments.
  • Blend strategic account planning with disciplined sales execution.
  • Engage directly with customers to uncover new opportunities across accounts, regions, and use cases.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support account growth and customer outcomes.
  • Leverage channel partners to drive expansion revenue and selective new customer acquisition.
  • Use consultative selling to help customers advance electrification and sustainability goals.
  • Translate customer needs into measurable business and financial outcomes for ChargePoint.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience in an Account Manager, Account Executive, or similar role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets through account expansion.
  • Experience selling complex solutions, including hardware, software, or infrastructure-based offerings.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to manage multi-stakeholder buying groups.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, pipeline management, and sales forecasting.
  • Experience operating in a territory-based sales model (preferred).
  • Familiarity with channel or partner-led sales motions (preferred).
  • Ability to translate technical solutions into clear business and financial ROI (preferred).
  • Experience in EV, energy, infrastructure, high-tech, or SaaS industries (preferred).
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success (preferred).

  • Targeted US base salary range of $47,250 to $100,000.
