Description

  • Partner with Affiliates leadership and own the RevOps narrative in strategic discussions.
  • Run weekly business reviews and present monthly and quarterly performance reviews with recommendations.
  • Own annual operating planning, quota design, capacity modeling, hiring plans, and weekly forecasting.
  • Build analytics frameworks covering cohorts, LTV, activation, expansion, and dormancy signals.
  • Model the impact of incentive structures, activation playbooks, and affiliate tiers before launch.
  • Manage Endorsed Affiliate agreements, milestones, payouts, performance tracking, and ROI reporting.
  • Replace manual tracking with centralized, automated operational systems and improve program processes.
  • Map and audit key workflows across onboarding, activation, and expansion, fixing inefficient processes.
  • Own the Affiliates GTM technology stack and related tracking infrastructure.
  • Manage and develop a small analyst team while fostering ownership and proactive problem-solving.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Partner Operations, or a related GTM analytics function.
  • Experience supporting a partner, affiliate, or channel ecosystem preferred.
  • Experience owning partnership or contract programs, including milestones, payouts, and ROI analysis.
  • Experience building forecasting models, cohort analyses, and ROI frameworks from scratch.
  • Strong systems and process orientation with the ability to implement operational improvements.
  • Experience in high-growth SaaS environments where processes were built and scaled in real time.
  • Player-coach experience executing hands-on work while managing and developing a small team.
  • Strong communication skills across managers, directors, and senior directors.
  • No specific certification required; demonstrated analytical depth and business impact are expected.
