Description

  • Serve as the primary partner for global Account Executives across the full quote-to-signature process.
  • Create quotes, manage pricing approvals, generate order forms, and ensure accurate opportunity closure.
  • Keep deals moving quickly, especially at month-end and quarter-end, by resolving blockers proactively.
  • Provide pricing insight and guidance on complex, unusual, or non-standard deal structures.
  • Support and improve CPQ and CLM systems, including Ironclad, to scale with business needs.
  • Maintain high data integrity across Salesforce and related internal systems.
  • Ensure accurate order management and reporting across internal tools.
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce manual work.
  • Enable greater sales self-service through scalable systems and process design.
  • Document, refine, and help define Deal Desk processes as the function expands internationally.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting sales operations, deal desk, quote-to-cash, or similar commercial workflows.
  • Experience working with CPQ and CLM systems; Ironclad experience is specifically mentioned.
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce and related data/process management tools.
  • Ability to manage pricing approvals, quote creation, order forms, and contract execution details.
  • Comfort handling complex or non-standard deal structures and providing pricing guidance.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth, international environment.
  • Experience improving processes through automation and scalable systems design is preferred.
  • Experience using AI tools to reduce manual work and improve deal quality is preferred.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product is expected.
  • Based on the listed compensation, the role offers a base salary of £63,087 to £74,221.
