Description

  • Set the execution rhythm for the GTM Operations function, including prioritization, delivery cadence, and operational accountability.
  • Lead and develop two direct reports: the Manager, GTM Systems & Analytics and the Manager, Field Operations.
  • Run the forecast rhythm, including deal-level inspection, pipeline reviews, and data collection.
  • Translate VP-level strategy into quarterly and monthly execution plans.
  • Own the GTM engineering roadmap and define the technical direction for GTM infrastructure.
  • Lead the transition from manual processes to automated, scalable workflows.
  • Reduce reliance on external Salesforce support by building internal capability.
  • Evaluate and implement AI-powered tools where they create meaningful leverage across the GTM stack.
  • Stand up marketing operations infrastructure, including HubSpot administration and Salesforce integration.
  • Own reporting, analytics, data quality, and governance across Salesforce, HubSpot, and connected systems.
  • Improve opportunity-to-bookings workflows, deal desk mechanics, and cross-team handoffs.
  • Partner with Field Operations to improve processes impacting Sales, Proposals, and Solution Engineers.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in revenue operations, GTM operations, or sales operations in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Direct people management experience, including leading and developing a team.
  • Strong technical understanding of Salesforce architecture, data pipelines, system integrations, and automation at a design level.
  • Experience building or maturing marketing operations infrastructure, such as HubSpot or an equivalent platform.
  • Familiarity with GTM engineering concepts, including workflow automation, data infrastructure, and AI/ML applications in revenue operations.
  • Proven ability to execute reporting and analytics at scale, including the underlying data model and definitions.
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels, translating long-range roadmaps into weekly execution.
  • Remote work availability in the US or Canada, with EST timezone preferred.
  • Experience reducing manual dependencies and building scalable self-serve reporting or operational systems is strongly preferred.
