Description

  • Respond to, engage, and qualify outbound leads and inquiries.
  • Source new sales prospects and book appointments for Account Executives.
  • Communicate Remote’s value propositions and assess prospect fit based on their needs.
  • Support the Account Executive team as needed.
  • Educate and develop prospects through handoff to sales teams.
  • Create target prospect lists and penetrate key accounts.
  • Cold call prospects generated from outside sources.
  • Identify key players, research business requirements, and present solutions to start the sales cycle.

Requirements

  • Proven business development success through effective use of core sales tools; HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Chorus are a plus.
  • Experience working as an SDR in a B2B SaaS technology company.
  • Ability to negotiate skillfully and persuasively sell ideas.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, strong listening skills, and a positive, energetic phone presence.
  • Ability to think strategically and tactically and stay positive under criticism, rejection, or failure.
  • Strong sense of urgency, self-starter mindset, and proactive approach to bringing new ideas.
  • Extremely self-motivated with a diligent work ethic.
  • Demonstrated success in the responsibilities listed.
  • Fluent English, written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in Korean.
  • Experience working remotely is a plus.
  • Strong automation and AI capabilities with AI fluency.
