Description

  • Partner with customer-facing teams to communicate CentralReach’s value proposition, vision, and strategy to customers.
  • Own technical engagement with customers during the evaluation phase and resolve issues or concerns through to conclusion.
  • Support complex opportunities with advanced competitive knowledge, technical skill, and credibility.
  • Deliver deep-dive product and technical briefings and presentations to potential clients.
  • Maintain accurate notes and feedback in the CRM for both wins and losses.
  • Proactively communicate with customers and internal business and technical teams about product feedback and the competitive landscape.
  • Engage with the Product Council and provide customer-driven feedback to help shape the product roadmap.
  • Assist the Product Team with product and demo certifications, including new release training and certifications.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in ABA on the clinical or practice management side.
  • Strong knowledge of current EHR and practice management solutions and technologies.
  • Ability and passion to educate customers on how CentralReach can support their business.
  • Experience thriving in a startup or similarly fast-changing environment.
  • Comfort working toward aggressive goals and high-performance targets.
  • Natural curiosity and willingness to learn the sales process, prospects, and solutions being sold.
  • Ability to use sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and good follow-through.
