Description

  • Manage fee-for-service project execution and coordinate cross-team delivery of corporate sponsorship benefits.
  • Support corporate partners by tracking, fulfilling, and adapting sponsorship benefit delivery needs.
  • Assist with Corporate Council logistics, including agendas, slide decks, reminder emails, and note-taking.
  • Provide donor stewardship support for new donors and peer-to-peer fundraisers.
  • Maintain accurate donor records, including contact information, interactions, and engagement preferences.
  • Conduct donor research and help identify prospects for cultivation, engagement, and new revenue opportunities.
  • Support execution of Annual Appeal, Spring Appeal, and GivingTuesday campaigns through administrative tasks and donor communications.
  • Collaborate across departments on fundraising activities, event logistics, campaign preparation, and fulfillment of sponsorship commitments.
  • Manage development-related website pages, including donor wall, corporate council, partnership logos, and fundraising pages.
  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and enhance the donor experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nonprofit Management, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in nonprofit operations, fundraising support, corporate partnerships, project management, or equivalent internship and entry-level experience.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional engagement with corporate partners and donors.
  • Experience with website content management systems and basic digital content updates.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt communication style to different audiences.
  • Commitment to equity, inclusion, and a respectful, collaborative work culture.
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple timelines, deliverables, and workflows.
  • Strong sense of ownership, initiative, follow-through, and the ability to manage up and hold stakeholders to deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal direction.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite, MS Office, Zoom, Slack, WordPress, and other project management platforms.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 2–4 times per year for job-related events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Flexible mindset and ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Experience managing corporate sponsorships, fee-for-service partnerships, or benefit fulfillment (preferred).
  • Familiarity with donor stewardship strategies and pipeline management (preferred).
  • Experience with CRM or donor management systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot (preferred).
  • Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies (preferred).
  • Experience coordinating meetings, agendas, and stakeholder communications (preferred).
  • Experience working with corporate partners, large institutions, or pharmaceutical/life sciences companies (preferred).
  • Experience coordinating events or conferences with multiple moving parts (preferred).
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations and donor data management best practices (preferred).

  • Compensation of $45,000–$60,000, based on skills and experience.
  • Fully remote work environment with core collaboration hours from 10am–3pm CST and flexible start and end times.
