Description

  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Develop and execute a strategic business development plan aligned with company objectives and market trends.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new partners across the region.
  • Pursue new business opportunities that support the company’s growth strategy.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
  • Analyze market data to shape and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support successful product and service delivery.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients and partners.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in the electronic security industry or a similar industry.
  • Sales experience in Slovakia.
  • Strong technical knowledge of electronic security systems, including access control, video surveillance, and intrusion detection.
  • Proven experience across the full sales cycle, including prospecting, proposals, presentations, negotiation, and closing.
  • Experience developing and implementing successful sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for executive-level relationship building.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market trends, customer needs, and solutions.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of current electronic security technologies and trends, including cloud-based solutions, IoT, and AI-based analytics.
  • Conversational English.
