Description

  • Lead complex SAP business transformation programs from inception to completion.
  • Ensure programs are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • Manage and motivate geographically distributed teams across multiple vendors and client organizations.
  • Develop and implement structured program delivery frameworks.
  • Collaborate with IT, business, and change management teams to support program success.
  • Maintain strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels, including C-level leaders.
  • Lead preparation of large proposals and program plans.
  • Own and review program financials and support proposal presentations.
  • Mentor and coach consulting resources.
  • Gather, validate, synthesize, document, and communicate information for different audiences.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading challenging business transformation programs across the full lifecycle of SAP programs.
  • Strong track record of delivering programs to time, cost, quality, and budget constraints.
  • Experience leading teams in complex, multi-vendor, geographically distributed environments.
  • Experience working with global teams and leading consultants locally and remotely.
  • Deep knowledge of setting up programs for success across IT, business, and change components.
  • Ability to define and apply well-structured program delivery frameworks.
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
  • Experience in client-facing consulting roles.
  • Experience delivering multiple full lifecycle SAP programs, including large multi-country ECC and S/4HANA rollouts.
  • Experience in global delivery and working with offshore resources.
  • Project-related mobility and willingness to travel.
