Description

  • Lead technical discussions to assess customer architecture and recommend containerized deployment approaches.
  • Drive deployment of self-hosted Celonis solutions within complex enterprise customer environments.
  • Translate customer technical requirements into successful deployments on customer infrastructure.
  • Establish real-time data integrations between customer systems and Celonis using APIs and internal tools.
  • Support integrations with source systems and resolve technical barriers to implementation.
  • Guide customers on authentication, SSO, LDAP-based user and group management, and provisioning practices.
  • Remove technical obstacles that affect Celonis adoption and clarify technical risks and trade-offs for stakeholders.
  • Promote platform reusability by distinguishing customer-specific solutions from broader product enhancements.
  • Collaborate with Celonis Product Development on platform optimization and enhancement decisions.
  • Serve as the central technical stakeholder for delivery and onboarding of the Celonis platform.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in a deployment or integration role.
  • 3+ years of experience deploying and managing containerized applications on Kubernetes.
  • Active Government Clearance required: Public Trust, Secret, or Top Secret, with 18 months to 2 years of remaining eligibility.
  • Advanced knowledge of at least one Kubernetes distribution such as Amazon EKS, Azure AKS, or Red Hat OpenShift.
  • Experience deploying, scaling, and maintaining highly available, secure, and resilient containerized applications on Kubernetes.
  • Proven experience implementing infrastructure as code, such as Terraform.
  • Helm or Kustomize experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with tools such as ArgoCD, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Ansible is a plus.
  • Experience with at least one major cloud platform such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
  • Experience with REST/SOAP API management, data ingestion and streaming technologies such as Kafka, SSO, LDAP, IT security, and Agile methods.
  • Experience working with Python, SQL, data pipelines, and ETL processes for large volumes of data is a plus.
  • Knowledge of security and compliance topics for enterprise applications.
  • Solid project management experience and a strong customer-centric background.
  • Visa sponsorship is not offered for this role.
