Description

  • Lead technical design and delivery for client engagements, ensuring scalable, secure, high-quality Azure solutions.
  • Translate business and functional requirements into technical architectures in collaboration with clients, delivery teams, and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide architectural oversight and governance so engineering execution aligns with delivery objectives and best practices.
  • Develop reusable assets such as accelerators, frameworks, templates, and documentation to improve efficiency and solution quality.
  • Mentor engineers and early-career architects by sharing architectural patterns, technical insights, and delivery best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve delivery challenges related to integration, performance, and scalability.
  • Apply current Azure technologies and Microsoft frameworks to improve maintainability, performance, and cost efficiency.
  • Support architectural reviews, pattern development, and delivery alignment within your domain.
  • Provide presales support through technical discovery, scope definition, and proposal input when needed.
  • Manage workload and commitments to meet utilization goals while maintaining architectural quality.

Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering Azure-based solutions in consulting, client-facing, or enterprise environments.
  • Strong technical foundation in one primary domain: Application Innovation, Cloud Platform, or Data & AI.
  • Ability to translate business and functional needs into scalable, high-quality technical designs.
  • Experience guiding engineering teams, reviewing solutions, and ensuring architectural quality across projects.
  • Experience contributing to reusable frameworks, accelerators, or delivery assets that improve project consistency.
  • Effective communication skills for working across technical and non-technical teams to align architecture decisions with business goals.
  • Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification or equivalent.
  • AZ-900: Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals.
  • AZ-104: Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate.
  • AZ-305: Solutions Architect Expert.
  • Exposure to hybrid or multi-cloud environments is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% for client projects as needed.
  • Ability to work without work visa sponsorship, as the company cannot sponsor applicants for work visas.
