Description

  • Own the pre-sales technical engagement with prospective customers.
  • Collaborate with Sales to identify technical requirements and develop customized solutions for complex client needs.
  • Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and Proof of Value projects.
  • Support SecurityScorecard at industry events and executive roundtable events.
  • Work with Product Management and Engineering to share market feedback and influence the product roadmap.
  • Gather, track, and report success metrics for customer Proof of Value engagements.
  • Apply MEDDPICC best practices throughout sales cycles.
  • Build strong relationships with Marketing, Support, Customer Success, and other business teams.
  • Act as a champion for prospects by advocating for their needs.
  • Develop deep expertise in SecurityScorecard’s architecture, services, and cyber first supply chain offerings.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in cybersecurity, TPRM, GRC, or a similar field.
  • Experience working with enterprise-level clients and managing complex sales cycles.
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, including presenting to mixed technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to manage complex technical projects, demonstrate business value, and lead technical strategy in sales engagements.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
  • Sales experience is not required, but experience selling technical SaaS and/or managed service solutions is a plus.
  • Industry certifications such as CEH, CISSP, CompTIA Security+, CISA, or GCIH are a plus.
  • Must be located in the Pacific or Mountain time zones.
  • Willingness to travel for day and overnight trips throughout the US.
  • Highly motivated self-starter who works well cross-functionally and continually builds domain knowledge.
