Description

  • Standardize and streamline operational processes for marketing, SDR, and sales teams.
  • Continuously refine workflows to maximize productivity and reduce friction.
  • Lead dashboarding and project management initiatives for cross-functional marketing programs.
  • Act as a change agent for AI operational excellence and cross-functional alignment.
  • Own and manage the marketing tech stack, including Marketo, Salesforce, Asana, ZoomInfo, Make.com, Clearbit, Lusha, Dreamdata, Chili Piper, and Demandbase.
  • Design, implement, and optimize Marketo workflows for lead management, nurturing, and campaign execution.
  • Ensure accurate Salesforce data, reporting, and integration across go-to-market systems.
  • Improve marketing automation, lead scoring, nurturing workflows, and data synchronization.
  • Support and optimize email marketing programs to align with demand generation and ABM strategies.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks for campaign performance, funnel health, and marketing-sourced pipeline.
  • Manage attribution modeling efforts to identify high-impact initiatives.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and usability across all marketing systems.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Marketing Operations.
  • Deep expertise in Marketo or HubSpot workflows and professional-level Salesforce administration and usage.
  • Strong background in email marketing and campaign execution at scale.
  • Hands-on experience with project or campaign management tools such as Monday.com.
  • Solid understanding of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and execution.
  • Strong analytical skills with fluency in performance marketing metrics.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and communicate with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure while managing multiple functions and priorities simultaneously.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for process improvement, automation, and scaling marketing systems.
  • 2+ years of experience building AI agents with tools such as Make.com or Relevance AI (preferred).
  • Experience with Marketo-to-HubSpot migration (preferred).
