Description

  • Create project plans and budgets and coordinate with project managers and stakeholders.
  • Manage Certinia time tracking to keep projects on budget.
  • Prepare team forecast and burn rate reports for leadership.
  • Create and review standards and templates for project staffing and delivery.
  • Develop estimates for new and existing projects with project teams.
  • Gather and document functional and nonfunctional IAM requirements across domains such as Access Management, Identity Lifecycle Management, Privileged Access Management, Reporting, and analytics.
  • Track internal project progress, risks, hours, and budgets across multiple workstreams.
  • Work independently with business stakeholders to develop internal and external content.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external clients and executive teams.
  • Intervene when project delivery is at risk and ensure labor and quality standards are met.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of project/program management or delivery lead experience in large enterprise environments.
  • Experience managing IAM programs involving IGA, PAM, and Access Management tools such as SailPoint, Saviynt, C1, Delinea, CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Okta, or Ping.
  • Experience with consultative and complex technical deployment projects and stakeholder management.
  • Strong project delivery experience with estimates, planning, and deliverables using project management methodologies.
  • Experience with the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Familiarity with both waterfall and agile delivery models.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Smartsheet, Confluence, and Certinia.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for technical documentation and presentations.
  • Ability to create workflows and diagrams using Visio or LucidChart.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with executive teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and teamwork abilities.
  • Preferred certifications include CISSP, Security+, CSM, and PMP.
  • Associates degree in information technology or an equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work experience.
