Description

  • Develop and implement the operational support structure for the Retail Americas team across emerging markets.
  • Own end-to-end retail programs, including roadmap, resourcing, risk, and stakeholder management.
  • Lead cross-functional coordination with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, IT, Legal, and Logistics.
  • Identify market-launch risks and develop mitigation strategies for regulatory, logistical, and cultural challenges.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external retail partners.
  • Track key performance metrics and provide regular reporting to senior leadership.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying operational gaps and implementing scalable processes and tools.

Requirements

  • 10-12 years of proven experience in international program management across multiple countries and cultures.
  • Deep retail expertise in account management, channel marketing, retail execution, and/or retail digital marketing.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Excellent cross-cultural communication and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Solid understanding of global business dynamics, geopolitical trends, and cultural nuances.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong risk mitigation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, preferably JIRA, Confluence, Slack, and Google Docs.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
