Description

  • Own the health of assigned accounts and help customers realize the full value of their investment in Cato's technology.
  • Build meaningful relationships with key customer stakeholders and internal teams including Sales, Customer Success, R&D, and Support Engineering.
  • Lead Cato's post-sales motion, including QBRs, product adoption maturity assessments, renewals, and upsells.
  • Support customer adoption and expansion throughout the customer lifecycle from deployment to renewal.
  • Use customer-facing and technical expertise to act as a trusted advisor to top customers.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience, ideally in a Customer Success role at a high-growth SaaS, technology vendor, or cybersecurity company.
  • Experience with full commercial negotiations and some technical escalation management.
  • Experience with networking or security software solutions.
  • Excellent customer communication and presentation skills across different audiences.
  • Ability to listen carefully, understand customer needs, and find sustainable solutions.
  • Ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels and earn trusted advisor status.
  • Strong organization skills and the ability to work in a nimble, fast-paced environment.
  • Effective problem-solving skills with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Comfortable working in a geographically distributed team within a hyper-growth global organization.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • Hands-on experience in one or more networking or security domains, such as routing, switching, SD-WAN, firewalls, proxy, SWG/CASB/DLP, identity management, threat protection, load balancing, networking protocols, WAN, or MPLS.
