Description

  • Own the health of assigned customer accounts and help customers realize the full value of their investment.
  • Develop meaningful relationships with customer stakeholders and internal teams across Sales, Customer Success, R&D, and Support Engineering.
  • Orchestrate the post-sales motion, including QBRs, product adoption maturity assessments, renewals, and upsells.
  • Support customer adoption and expansion throughout the customer journey from deployment to renewal.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers by understanding their business needs and helping them achieve success.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience, ideally in a Customer Success role at a high-growth SaaS software, technology vendor, or cybersecurity company.
  • Experience in full commercial negotiations and some technical escalation handling.
  • Experience with networking or security software solutions.
  • Excellent customer communication and presentation skills with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
  • Strong listening skills with the ability to understand unarticulated customer needs and find sustainable solutions.
  • Ability to influence and persuade at all levels and earn trusted advisor status with key stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and effective in a nimble, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with ownership and follow-through on issue resolution.
  • Comfortable working in a geographically distributed team within a hyper-growth global organization.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • Hands-on experience in one or more technical domains such as routing, switching, SD-WAN, firewalls, secure web gateway/CASB/DLP, identity management, threat protection, load balancing, networking protocol analysis, or WAN/MPLS.
