Description

  • Own the full sales cycle for SMB and mid-market accounts from lead generation through closing.
  • Engage CEOs, CTOs, IT Directors, and other decision-makers to understand their challenges and align solutions to their needs.
  • Position the company’s cybersecurity and SaaS offerings to support customer growth and long-term success.
  • Manage fast-paced, shorter sales cycles while building relationships across multiple opportunities.
  • Use CRM data, sales tools, and performance metrics to track activity, refine strategy, and optimize outreach.
  • Collaborate with teammates to share best practices, tips, and strategies that improve team performance.
  • Build partnerships with local MSSPs, VARs, and other stakeholders to expand market reach.
  • Stay current on cybersecurity and SaaS trends to serve as a knowledgeable resource for customers.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of inside sales experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or related industries.
  • Proven success managing sales cycles and engaging with decision-makers.
  • A demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity, SaaS, or networking solutions.
  • Awareness of current market trends and competitive positioning.
  • Ability to build long-term, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Experience working with partners, MSSPs, VARs, and other strategic collaborators.
  • Ability to drive revenue growth in SMB and mid-market segments.
