Description

  • Develop and execute an outbound sales strategy to build a book of business.
  • Source leads through cold calling, cold emailing, and social selling.
  • Conduct prospecting, discovery calls, and product demos with prospective merchants.
  • Use a consultative approach to understand merchant business and technology needs.
  • Build tailored solutions using first-party and third-party offerings.
  • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting through close.
  • Partner with Business Development to convert and close outbound leads.
  • Work in the field as needed to build relationships and improve win rates.
  • Achieve monthly sales goals and KPIs through proactive outbound activity.
  • Partner with Product and Marketing to align solutions with market needs.
  • Use Salesforce to track pipeline activity, status, and outcomes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales experience in a full-cycle closing role.
  • Experience sourcing new logos and acquiring new business.
  • Demonstrated success exceeding sales targets and closing complex deals.
  • Experience selling a diverse ecosystem of products.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with prospects.
  • Collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
  • BA/BS degree or relevant experience.
  • Prior Salesforce experience or equivalent.
  • Restaurant vertical sales experience is implied by the role focus (preferred).
