Description

  • Identify and nurture opportunities, build pipeline, and close short-term Cloud monthly contracts while developing strategic business across complex sales cycles.
  • Evangelize ClickHouse’s vision and solutions to secure strategic commercial commitments.
  • Use a solution-based selling approach that delivers clear business value to customers.
  • Champion ClickHouse Cloud and drive awareness and adoption in the market.
  • Manage customer information, including use cases, timelines, and forecasts, in Salesforce.
  • Deliver accurate monthly business forecasts.
  • Engage with local developer meetups and help organize ClickHouse-specific community events.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in open source software business models is preferred.
  • Strong background in cloud and infrastructure software is required.
  • Ability to align cloud solutions with customer business needs, challenges, and technical requirements.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional resources, from dedicated teams to executive staff, to drive outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong business acumen and technical depth.
  • Passion for building long-lasting customer relationships and working cross-functionally in a diverse, global team.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proven record of delivering results in fast-moving environments is a plus.
  • Experience working effectively in a remote-first, global organization is a plus.
  • Prior success selling databases or deploying applications with major cloud providers is a plus.
