Description

  • Sell Abnormal AI security solutions within a defined territory to achieve and exceed new ARR quota.
  • Prospect enterprise accounts and generate new business opportunities to build sufficient pipeline.
  • Manage enterprise accounts from initial outreach through contract signature and customer expansion.
  • Work with Customer Success to support timely renewals and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Serve as the customer and prospect voice internally to help prioritize sales, product, and marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineering, POV teams, Product, and Marketing to move deals forward and close revenue.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of direct enterprise sales experience, including prospecting, closing new logos, and growing major accounts.
  • Experience selling subscription software or SaaS to CISOs and security teams.
  • Strong ability to negotiate with large organizations and close complex sales.
  • Consistent over-quota performance or top 5% sales performance.
  • Technically conversant in areas such as security, email, cloud, and AI.
  • Experience at an early-stage, underdog, or new-entrant company with limited resources.
  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) or equivalent work experience.
  • Ability to prospect enterprise accounts using multiple demand-generation channels, including AE prospecting, SDRs, marketing, channel, and customer referrals.
  • Ability to qualify customer pain points, present value, and build a business case with high ROI for multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong discipline in sales methodology, time management, documentation, and internal stakeholder navigation.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $144,500 to $170,000 USD.
  • Eligibility for bonus or incentive compensation.
