Description

  • Generate enthusiasm for Cato Networks’ SASE solutions across the partner ecosystem.
  • Identify, qualify, recruit, and train new VARs and MSPs on the Cato Networks solution.
  • Proactively engage existing reseller and MSP partners to expand market share and drive incremental revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and account penetration.
  • Create, maintain, and execute partner-focused go-to-market plans.
  • Develop territory plans, including partner recruiting strategy.
  • Meet with partners, join sales calls, and assist in closing opportunities.
  • Help partners broaden product expertise and sales opportunities to drive year-over-year partner revenue growth.
  • Develop creative lead generation and sales incentive programs to increase sales.
  • Deliver sales and technical training for partners.
  • Facilitate communication and deal flow between partners and Cato sales representatives.
  • Develop collateral, sales tools, lead-sharing campaigns, and marketing programs.
  • Design and project manage partner service creation initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of related channel experience working with VARs and MSPs.
  • Proven success building strong relationships and partnerships with VARs and MSPs.
  • Advanced understanding of the channel ecosystem, especially managed service providers.
  • Strong understanding of SD-WAN, security, and SASE solutions.
  • Executive-level oral, written, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% within the region.
  • Self-motivated with superb organizational skills.
  • Exceptional collaboration skills.
  • Prior channel development experience.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Existing relationships with influential contacts at relevant channel partners across the assigned region.
