Description

  • Develop and nurture relationships across assigned accounts, including C-level stakeholders, to maximize customer lifetime value.
  • Create and maintain strategic account plans that align solutions with customer business objectives and identify growth opportunities.
  • Drive upsell, cross-sell, renewal, and migration activities to increase ARR and product adoption.
  • Proactively manage customer success by mitigating churn risks, optimizing product usage, and resolving financial matters.
  • Handle inbound and outbound revenue-related engagement, including inquiries about licenses, renewals, and product information.
  • Gather and share customer and market feedback to inform product development and service improvements.
  • Prepare accurate forecasts and participate in regular sales meetings to review pipeline and performance.
  • Represent Caseware at government and industry events to build relationships and uncover opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored presentations and proposals, including professional PowerPoint decks.
  • Record all customer interactions in CRM and collaborate with peers to achieve shared objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Inside Sales within a SaaS or technology environment.
  • Strong presentation skills, including the ability to create professional PowerPoint decks.
  • Experience with consultative selling, strategic planning, and strong verbal and written communication.
  • Solid understanding of audit and accounting processes, standards, and workflows.
  • Ability to engage confidently with finance and audit professionals.
  • Knowledge of government procurement processes and compliance requirements (preferred).
  • CRM proficiency; Salesforce experience is highly regarded.
  • Ability to present solutions effectively to both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Energetic, proactive, and motivated to exceed targets in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
