Description

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key contacts across assigned Music Clubs client accounts to drive client satisfaction and renewals.
  • Coordinate with support, service, and management teams to meet account performance goals and client expectations.
  • Manage client account information in the database, including profile updates and target date tracking.
  • Lead solution development efforts to address client needs and coordinate internal resources as needed.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all Music Clubs client matters across the client organization.
  • Advise and educate clients on AXS products and best practices to support successful use.
  • Work with marketing to manage AXS brand activation in partnership with clients.
  • Track, maintain, and report on client health and business objective metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of proven experience in account management or a related field, preferably in ticketing or live entertainment.
  • Proficiency with ticketing systems and platforms for seamless transaction handling.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Proficiency in database management and reporting tools.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
  • Familiarity with the entertainment industry and AXS products is a plus.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 30%.
  • Employer does not offer work visa sponsorship for this position.
