Description

  • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for clients and build proactive, trusted relationships.
  • Anticipate client needs and shift the account approach from reactive to proactive.
  • Translate client briefs and feedback into clear direction for internal creative, copy, and design teams.
  • Partner with the studio project manager to keep workstreams on schedule and aligned with client expectations.
  • Manage high-volume social media content workflows across two accounts at once.
  • Ensure deliverables meet brand standards and regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical and healthcare clients.
  • Work closely with the Account Director and studio team to support client goals and project delivery.
  • Maintain clear communication across internal teams and client stakeholders.
  • Support budget tracking and financial oversight with the senior account team.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in pharmaceutical advertising or another regulated industry.
  • Experience managing high-volume social media campaigns in a compliance-driven environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, reactive environment while building more proactive client engagement.
  • Strong ability to translate client requests into clear, actionable creative briefs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including use of Slack and Microsoft Teams.
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% for client collaboration.
  • Based in the United States and located in NY, NJ, or PA for a fully remote role.
  • Experience in a creative execution or agency environment is helpful, but this role is not focused on designing or writing.

Benefits

  • $80,000 - $95,000 annual salary.
  • Fully remote work within the United States for candidates based in NY, NJ, or PA.
