Description

  • Work closely with customers and the Customer Experience team to deliver professional services.
  • Lead, manage, and complete implementation and other customer projects.
  • Become an expert in using CaptivateIQ.
  • Expand understanding of sales commission structures and design best-practice calculation configurations.
  • Understand customer plan requirements and design system configurations that maximize modeling efficiency and repeatability.
  • Configure and test implementations based on each customer's unique needs.
  • Step into technical situations to support customer or consultant teams and provide recommendations.
  • Scope new implementation or post-implementation services and support negotiations.
  • Lead customer onboarding to CX or new engagement after go-live.
  • Ensure successful handover between cross-functional teams and consultant teams assigned to the project.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of work experience with complex sales compensation plans and modeling approaches.
  • Top-notch experience developing and maintaining calculations for large data sets using spreadsheets, databases, or data visualization and modeling tools.
  • Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented.
  • Friendly, customer-focused, and service-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
  • Experience directly working with customers, either external or internal.
  • Experience with CaptivateIQ sales compensation software or a competitor such as SAP Callidus Cloud, Xactly Incent, or Varicent (nice to have).
  • Experience implementing cloud software (nice to have).
  • Strong project management skills (nice to have).
  • Proficiency with CRMs such as Salesforce, ERPs such as Netsuite, or subscription management systems such as Zuora (nice to have).
  • Past experience in financial operations, financial planning, accounting, system implementation, sales engineering, solutions architecture, customer success, technology consulting, or business analysis (nice to have).
