Description

  • Administer environmental, operational, and performance testing events in accordance with client and organizational procedures.
  • Design, fabricate, and direct testing for system and subsystem components with engineering and technical personnel.
  • Manage test-control apparatus and equipment used to support test events, as needed.
  • Collect test data and finalize test reports after testing activities.
  • Supervise employees engaged in test engineering activities.
  • Oversee staffing, scheduling, coordination, and planning for test engineering work.
  • Plan engineering schedules and track performance against estimates.
  • Manage testing activities for IT, Identity and Access Management, and AWS GovCloud systems and services.
  • Ensure all testing requirements are met before each release for ongoing operation of a large-scale, highly available system.
  • Execute, monitor, and manage test plans and projects to achieve high-quality completion.

Requirements

  • Required to have and maintain a Non-Sensitive / High Risk (Public Trust) security clearance (Tier 4/6c).
  • PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification is required.
  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • 7+ years of experience supporting Information Technology as a Test Manager, Test Lead, User Experience (UX) Manager, or User Experience (UX) Lead.
  • Strong technical understanding of testing activities for Information Technology, Identity and Access Management, and AWS GovCloud systems and services.
  • Experience with management, leadership, coordination, and customer contact in a testing environment.
  • Expert knowledge of recent technological advances in computer science and engineering.
  • Demonstrated experience executing, monitoring, and managing test plans/projects successfully.
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
