Description

  • Serve as the client’s internal advocate for assigned accounts.
  • Create and maintain client-facing delivery schedules.
  • Track monthly tasks and deliverables for client accounts.
  • Work with production teams to ensure deliverables are completed on time and on brief.
  • Review editorial, design, and video work before it is sent to clients.
  • Provide timely, actionable feedback and guidance to production teams when revisions are needed.
  • Attend weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly client check-ins.
  • Escalate and help resolve content or strategy issues quickly and effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records and manage competing priorities across multiple teams.

Requirements

  • 100% remote, full-time contract role open to candidates across the Caribbean.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong editorial and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking ability.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with proprietary software and industry tools.
  • Deep understanding of production processes and product knowledge.
  • Ability to work at a computer during standard working hours.
  • Attention to detail, good people skills, and the ability to think creatively when approaching client deliverables.
