Description

  • Coordinate daily logistics and administrative activities for learning, training, leadership development, credentialing, and special programs.
  • Manage training calendars, cohort schedules, facilitator availability, learner registrations, workshops, and leadership events.
  • Coordinate multiple programs simultaneously and track timelines, deliverables, deadlines, and follow-up actions.
  • Serve as the primary contact for learners, facilitators, vendors, business partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare learner communications, including invitations, confirmations, reminders, updates, agendas, and program information.
  • Coordinate facilitator schedules, meeting logistics, training materials, and session delivery requirements.
  • Manage enrollment, attendance tracking, completion records, participant information, and program documentation.
  • Maintain accurate calendars, learning records, materials, and operational metrics using learning management and administrative systems.
  • Identify scheduling conflicts and operational issues, coordinate solutions, and contribute to process improvements.
  • Handle learner and program information in accordance with organizational policies, confidentiality requirements, and data privacy standards.

Requirements

  • Experience in program coordination, learning operations, training coordination, administrative coordination, project coordination, or a related field.
  • Experience managing complex calendars and multiple concurrent programs or events.
  • Strong organizational, scheduling, attention-to-detail, and follow-through skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, deadlines, and high volumes of requests.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced English proficiency; CV must be submitted in English.
  • Ability to communicate professionally with learners, facilitators, vendors, and business stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting training, learning, leadership development, project management, or program operations preferred.
  • Strong proficiency with scheduling, calendar management, administrative systems, and Microsoft Office or similar tools.
  • Valid local authorization to work in the country where the role is based; work authorization sponsorship is not provided unless explicitly stated.
