Description

  • Define the enterprise disaster recovery governance framework, including policy, standards, controls, and RACI.
  • Establish a risk-based testing methodology, frequency model, and annual DR testing plan.
  • Implement governance routines, review cadences, and approvals for DR testing execution.
  • Track test coverage, execution, results, and evidence for reporting and audit readiness.
  • Define and manage DR issue logging, severity classification, SLA tracking, and remediation follow-up.
  • Produce auditable evidence and support NY DFS and internal audit attestation requirements.
  • Build an integrated data model and Power Platform solution for DR tracking, reporting, and executive dashboards.
  • Oversee day-to-day project tasks, budgets, planning, monitoring, and performance reporting.
  • Coordinate with business and IT partners to resolve escalations, define needs, and manage delivery.
  • Sign off on deliverables, support acceptance testing, close projects, and conduct post-implementation reviews.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in IT disaster recovery program management.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Fluency in English.
  • ISO 27031 certification is preferred.
  • Advanced disaster recovery knowledge.
  • Advanced program management experience.
  • Intermediate experience with PowerApps and PowerBI.
  • Experience working in cloud and on-premise environments.
