Description

  • Assist with planning, coordinating, and executing operational and technology-focused projects.
  • Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and action items.
  • Facilitate meetings and document project decisions and requirements.
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
  • Develop and maintain operational reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
  • Validate data accuracy and troubleshoot reporting issues.
  • Support business users with data analysis and reporting requests.
  • Support workflow automation initiatives using low-code/no-code platforms.
  • Assist with API integrations, data transfers, and system connectivity efforts.
  • Support day-to-day business processes, document workflows, and identify efficiency improvements.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting project coordination, analytics, and technical business operations.
  • Experience working with data, reporting tools, business applications, AI, and workflow automations.
  • Knowledge of Power Platform (1-3 years, entry level).
  • Knowledge of Quickbase (1-3 years, entry level).
  • Knowledge of Salesforce (1-3 years, entry level).
  • Knowledge of REST APIs (1-3 years, entry level).
  • Knowledge of Python (1-3 years, entry level).
  • Knowledge of Snowflake/SQL (1-3 years, entry level).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel (1-3 years, entry level).
  • Knowledge of JSON and Copilot Studio/AI (1-3 years, entry level).
