Description

  • Define and execute DoorDash’s strategy for reducing Dasher fraud in new business verticals.
  • Investigate fraud cases and develop long-term solutions to reduce fraudulent activity.
  • Analyze fraud vectors across the platform to identify bad actors and improve the experience for legitimate users.
  • Partner with product, engineering, analytics, and other cross-functional teams to set goals and build strategic programs.
  • Use experimentation and data-driven decision-making to test fraud-reduction approaches while supporting growth.
  • Align stakeholders and drive collaboration across the company to implement tailored fraud solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 2+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, technology, investment banking, analytics, or related fields; high-growth experience preferred.
  • Interest in working in a fast-paced, ownership-driven environment.
  • Experience contributing to large projects, meeting goals, and succeeding in a team environment.
  • Proven problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in SQL.
  • Expertise in Excel, including maintaining complex spreadsheets.
  • Ability to consider multiple perspectives and communicate clearly to drive understanding and alignment.
