Description

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing communication strategies and account management plans for regional markets.
  • Support up to 500 employer accounts with fewer than 5,000 employees.
  • Coordinate campaign marketing tasks, including pulling or requesting mail files, submitting production jobs, and handling collateral print requests.
  • Support day-to-day execution of local market programs as the primary execution point of contact.
  • Customize and execute marketing content, including translation and co-branding of direct mail pieces, emails, disclosures, and supplemental materials.
  • Collaborate with client representatives to edit content for specific audiences.
  • Recommend and deliver account customization requests while meeting deadlines and budgets.
  • Track communication tactics and account data in CRM systems, including planned mail, executed mail dates, notes, and data integrity.
  • Review campaign performance and recommend improvements based on the effectiveness of current communication tactics.

Requirements

  • Entry-level experience with CRM systems, including Salesforce (1-3 years).
  • Entry-level experience with Microsoft Office Suite (1-3 years).
  • Entry-level experience with Adobe tools (1-3 years).
  • Experience in marketing communications, campaign execution, or account support.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and coordinate deadlines in a regional market setting.
  • Ability to customize content for different audiences and support translation and co-branding needs.
  • Strong attention to detail for maintaining CRM data accuracy and campaign records.
  • Ability to work with stakeholders and client representatives to align content and execution.
  • Experience working with corporate accounts or local market programs is preferred.
