Description

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for consulting and advisory roles across Banking, Capital Markets, Insurance, Wealth & Asset Management, Risk, Regulatory, Transformation, Data, and Technology Consulting.
  • Partner with senior leaders to develop hiring strategies and proactive talent pipelines aligned to business growth.
  • Provide market intelligence and recruitment insights to influence hiring decisions.
  • Deliver a strong candidate and stakeholder experience through sourcing, assessment, offer management, and onboarding.
  • Use talent mapping, recruitment analytics, and market insights to improve recruitment outcomes.
  • Support strategic hiring initiatives and employer branding activities.
  • Mentor junior members of the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Build relationships with consulting talent across Singapore and international markets.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in Talent Acquisition, Executive Search, or Consulting Recruitment within management consulting, financial services, or professional services.
  • Demonstrated success partnering with senior stakeholders across multiple international markets.
  • Strong expertise in proactive sourcing, talent mapping, stakeholder management, recruitment technology, and workforce planning.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • A data-driven, consultative approach with the ability to manage multiple hiring priorities in a fast-paced, matrix environment.
  • Experience recruiting within financial services consulting across Banking, Insurance, Capital Markets, Risk, Regulatory, Data, or Technology Consulting (preferred).
  • Knowledge of international recruitment practices across Asia-Pacific and other global markets (preferred).
  • Experience supporting employer branding, networking events, campus recruitment, or strategic talent initiatives (preferred).
  • Previous experience coaching or mentoring recruiters within a Talent Acquisition team (preferred).
  • Familiarity with recruitment analytics, market intelligence, and workforce planning tools (preferred).
